This Privacy Policy explains iTalk's privacy commitment. iTalk does not collect or store any user data.

Unlike most applications, iTalk adopts a completely privacy-first design philosophy:
- No collection of device identifiers or any personal information
- No collection of device model, operating system, or other technical information
- No collection of app usage data or statistics
- No collection of crash logs or diagnostic data
- No collection of real identity information (name, ID number, etc.)
- No collection of email address or phone number
- No collection of location information
- No collection of contact list
- No collection of photos or files
- No collection of any other personal information
1.2 Conversation Content Processing
Real-time Transmission, No Storage: Your conversation content is only transmitted in real-time via network requests to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Deepgram, Cartesia, etc.) during active conversations to enable real-time speech recognition, text generation, and voice synthesis features.
After the conversation ends, this content is not stored on our servers or anywhere else.
1.3 Local Temporary Cache
To optimize user experience, conversation history may be temporarily cached locally on your device. This data:
- Is stored entirely locally on your device
- Is managed by your device's operating system
- Cannot be accessed or read by us
- Can be completely cleared by deleting the app
2. Third-Party Service Usage
To provide AI conversation features, iTalk needs to communicate with third-party AI service providers:
2.1 Real-time Data Transmission
When you use voice conversation features:
- Your voice data is transmitted in real-time to speech recognition services (e.g., Deepgram) for speech-to-text conversion
- The converted text is transmitted to AI conversation services (e.g., OpenAI) to generate response content
- AI-generated text is transmitted to voice synthesis services (e.g., Cartesia) to convert to speech
- All transmissions are real-time for instant response generation
2.2 No Storage Commitment
Important: All conversation content is only temporarily transmitted during conversations and is not stored.
- Our servers do not store any conversation content
- Third-party service providers process data according to their privacy policies (typically also without storage)
- Data transmission stops immediately after the conversation ends
2.3 We Will Never
- Store your conversation content or conversation records
- Analyze or track your conversation behavior
- Use your data for advertising or marketing
- Sell or share your data with any third parties
- Create user profiles or behavior files
3. Data Security
3.1 No Data Storage = Maximum Security
Since iTalk does not collect or store any user data, there is no risk of data breaches.
3.2 Transmission Security
Although we do not store data, during real-time data transmission, we implement the following security measures:
- All network communications use HTTPS/WSS encrypted transmission
- All connections to third-party AI services are encrypted
- Data is destroyed immediately after transmission, leaving no traces
3.3 Local Data Protection
Temporary data stored locally on your device:
- Is protected by your device's operating system security mechanisms
- Can only be accessed by your device
- Cannot be accessed or read by us
- Can be completely cleared by deleting the app
4. Data Sharing

Since iTalk does not collect or store any user data, there is no data to be shared, sold, or disclosed.
4.2 Third-Party Service Real-time Transmission
To enable AI conversation features, your conversation content is transmitted in real-time to the following third-party service providers:
- OpenAI: For AI conversation generation
- Deepgram: For speech-to-text conversion
- Cartesia: For text-to-speech conversion
These transmissions are real-time, only for instant response generation, and are not stored.
Third-party service providers have their own privacy policies and typically do not permanently store your conversation content. We recommend reviewing these service providers' privacy policies for more information.
4.3 Legal Requirements
Since we do not store any user data, even if we receive legal requests, we cannot provide any user data.
5. Your Rights
Since iTalk does not collect or store any user data, your privacy rights are protected to the maximum extent.
5.1 Data Access and Deletion
- No Need to Request Data Access: Since we do not store any data, there is no data to access
- No Need to Request Data Deletion: Since we do not store any data, there is no data to delete
- Local Data Management: Temporary cached data on your device is fully under your control and can be cleared by deleting the app
5.2 Your Control
- You can stop using the app at any time
- You can delete the app and its local data at any time
- You don't need to worry about data being collected or misused
- Your privacy is fully protected
6. Children's Privacy
iTalk is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without permission, please contact us, and we will immediately delete the information.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
iTalk does not use Cookies or any tracking technologies.
